Sex is a wonderfully diverse driver and what turns each of us on can vary wildly. But so many people find it impossible to ask for what they need: out of shame, fear of rejection or maybe because they’ve just not been encouraged to find out.
Coaching for sexual confidence can help you take steps towards a more fulfilled and happier life. Whether you want to get to know yourself better or you want to consensually and effectively communicate your desires, I can help.
How does coaching for sex and intimacy work?

Goal oriented
Together, we outline a pathway forward that will take you where you want to go, even if that’s in very small steps. Sometimes you just need a few sessions. For others, it may be longer term. Always reflective and supportive. One hour sessions online for complete confidentiality.

Forward thinking
We’re not looking back but moving forward. If you have experienced past trauma, I can support you, but you may need some therapy before we’re able to collaborate. Ask me if you’re not sure.

Everyone’s desires are unique. I welcome all orientations and preferences, from vanilla to the very kinky, and those just looking to explore. LGBTQ+ friendly. Accessible, from £60 per session.

You’ll go away from each session with actions and exercises we agree on together, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other evidence-based techniques. Nothing weird and nothing you aren’t happy with.
I’m bringing over 20 years of coaching experience to supporting this crucial aspect of daily life. I truly believe that sexuality and eroticism, and our unique expression of it, is the foundation of happiness, good relationships and creativity. Sex for pleasure is an end in itself, and pleasure is something we all deserve.
I hold a specialist certification in coaching on sexual issues and regularly contribute talks to sex positive events. I also write and publish on the erotic, with my work held in the UK Fetish Archive, London.
